Daylighting

Back
What is daylighting?

Daylighting is the use of natural light in the daytime in lieu of electricity. In 41CS, 75% of the building uses natural light to reduce lighting demands and energy consumption.

How does the building support daylighting?

Sensors are used to determine the occupancy of a room. When left unoccupied for 15 minutes, lights automatically turn off to decrease lighting load.
